I see a lot of understanding and attempts to contextualize the males' behavior in this video but such careful analysis and consideration isn't offered to police officers who shoot unarmed Black people because their appearances or behavior fell on the wrong side of a stereotype.

Men suggest that these women were asking for this kind of response for no good reason other than them being present while wearing revealing clothing. What response is a Black male wearing a hoodie asking for while in a white neighborhood?

I wonder if on some level, men just have very little regard for ourselves as a group and act out that lack of regard on others. You're doing the same thing tho. You're putting all of the blame on the men while not putting any on the women. When you see environments like those depicted in that video it's mean and women who contributed to creating that. It's not just men. At ALL of these kind of events you see women walking the streets damn near naked in an attempt to attract the thirsty animalistic attention that you're seeing in the video. This isn't "toxic masculinity" it's toxic behavior from both men and women and that's how the issue should be addressed.

I've noticed that on certain topics people are more so concerned with avoiding blame versus acknowledging that there is a point of concern and what can be done to remedy the situation. Who are we to declare a man or woman's intentions by the manner in which they dress? You are right there is a segment of the population that dresses to attract the opposite sex. I highly doubt any woman puts on an outfit and says "they're going to grope me when they see this". Women have a warped view of the world where they will dress provocatively and then wonder why everybody is hounding her...I totally get it but just because she is dressed a certain way it doesn't mean she's on the menu for that behavior. It's one thing to acknowledge her and shoot your shot but this other stuff is above and beyond. My thing is keep your hands to yourself unless you've been instructed otherwise We are better than animals due to our ability to reason and conceptualize.

You missed the point. I'm not saying men have a right to grope women who are dressed a certain way, I'm saying that women are directly complicit in creating environments like the one depicted in the video. Those same kind of men don't go around groping random women in the street. They were behaving that way because of the environment that they were in. Anybody who's been to a black bike week kind of event knows this. It's been years since I've frequented those kind of events but from my experience those events are like hedonism where damn near anything goes. Men and women create those environments, it's not just the men. The only reason that people show up is to give ad get that kind of attention.
