I wasn't a huge Shabazz fan coming out of last year, but he is >>> McLemore. Not even close. He is a pure scorer. The J is wet and he a bully on the block. He not a 2 tho. He a 3. McLemore too skinny. He ain't ready. His game is nice tho.

my questions are... can he do other things? like pass and attack a defense when they give you that... rebound... and defend on and off the ball consistently. Then again, he's going to be like 19 this year.

If he can play the 3, I'd definitely draft him to play with Wall and Beal.

I don't think playmaking is his forte....but thats cool....he seems like a good scorer who would go well with a good PG who gets him the ball so he can do work. He wants the ball every play and some plays Drew doesn't even look his way. I think it's purposely as they just don't want him to get all the shots. Its hard to guage this UCLA team. They are TALENTED, but play DUMB. Kyle Anderson is a waste so far to me. He's a role player. Lamar Odom type with that slow ass crossover. And he takes dumb shots.....stupid dumb shots. Drew does sometimes too. Jordan Adams is an offensive machine and should get the ball too. His impact has diminished as Shabazz's has risen. I like watching them to assess their talent, but they are one of the dumbest teams ever. They play pickup ball. The Wear twins suck too. Mater Dei players stay being overrated (Football and basketball).

My boy Ovinton J'Anthony Mayo is the same way. They got that killer mentality that people love Kobe for....Ovinton just too small and don't use his athleticism enough. the last thing the kings need is another knucklehead. especially one that doesnt do anything but score. he embodies everything that is keeping the kings from turning the corner.
