Basically they were trying to block caster but instead of it working it dropped these "women" to 200m and longer distances 5000m

Now these "women" who just started running these events are dominating like caster did at 800

Why they can't run 800m?

They testosterone is too high I believe. They originally used the rule to ban that Caster person which is why it only applies to events Caster ran.
