i mean... i still don't even know all what happened based on what was posted... seems like we are just seeing the end of it. but you have people saying stuff about family and hair like any of that is an indication. but yeah ive worked with AA a little bit in my career they be settling all kind of shyt and have whole department that has to come behind and rectify their "rude" FAs behavior... and a lot of time it's not poor "ghetto birds" that complain... its the concierge key types lol. us little people dont want to miss out on our little 300 flight or whatever so we sit down and stfu and ignore a goofy FA. but i guess some people with money and a platform may care less about penny pinching and bargaining
