Lamar’s QBR in 2019 was much better than this year. Purdys QBR last year is better than Lamar’s this year. Etc.

Some Colt McCoy tape. Some Mariota tape. Dudes can have 98 boxes checked off but if you don’t have those last 2 it’s the difference between pro bowler and career backup. Respect the fukking game

Also he comes off a bit arrogant/pompous. And before you say a white qb don’t get that treatment, I just comped him to Cac Wilson in that regard, Manziel too, and baker mayfield got the exact same treatment until he was good enough to overcome it

What hype is he getting? No one is saying he’s the next Brady or Mahomes. He’s getting the typical attention a top 5 QB gets. The draft itself is somewhat weak so it just seems magnified.

I don’t think he’s as good as Tua in the pocket. I do think he is more durable though with a comparable arm. Maybe better with the anticipation. Definitely not better than Joe Burrow.

As a prospect though, Tua was refined and way ahead. Even with a brutal hip injury and two ankle injuries dude still went top 5. I can’t see Shadeur getting injured and having the same draft position.

I honestly think Shaduer goes maybe 2nd round. I get the vibe most QB-needy teams are not really looking at this year to go QB. I can see some trade downs happening and maybe from there gets drafted.

Ain't no way y'all are comparing Shedeur to Joe Burrow.

He'd be extremely fortunate to have the career someone like Kirk Cousins or Jared Goff have had.

I mean if he can have a career of Cousins or Goff that'd be amazing.

Cousins is top 20 all time in passing yards and passing touchdowns. I know the rules favor offense and all that but that's still top 20 all time.... that isn't so easy to achieve.

Goff had a stronger pedigree out of college and ended up having five years with 28+ tds even after struggling immensely first year


Some folks have unrealistic expectations if compared to some very productive qb is viewed as a slight.

Maxed out Chad Pennington is realistic..not on no funny shyt

when he was at Jackson state he wasn’t an alien like Travis was. Yes,he was good but not on some man vs boys shyt like trav was day 1.

i get burrow because like Shaduer he doesn’t have an elite arm .. is also a great decision maker (Shaduer was a good game manager at Jackson ) ..

What separates Shaduer and Burrow is that Joe has freaky accuracy and is 5 star general when it comes to intangible/leadership.don’t think Shaduer can match that . I do think he’ll be a solid qb though
