No one should get any kind of break if they have that many kids that they can't afford.

We should have a different set of rules for people who have this many kids with no decent income. Your benefits need to reduced if you don't meet the following requirements:
1. your kid missed a certain number of days
2. your kid must have good grades & behavior remarks
3. the parent has to get good job evaluation & good attendance record
4. No arrests
5. Must be maintained for a certain amount of time & has a limit on the amount of times they break these rules( like no more than 2 in a semester or something)
Something has to be done because these people are just having babies like rabbits and not giving a fukk what they do until its a mandatory PTA meeting or court date.
