Shams: Kevin Durant lists Heat, Spurs and Rockets as his preferred destinations and only teams he would commit long term.

then he should take the offer they made and put an end to this

side note: i would LOVE for KD to go to the spurs. i just dont want them to trade Barnes. literally everyone besides Vic, Barnes, Castle and Fox. PHX can take anyone else but those 4.
Suns want win now players apparently and because they can’t move Beal doubt they want Vassell who’d be the main cog in making salary work. Heat might be the last man standing, at least they can give them some draft picks and expiring salary.

Edit: @god shamgod PHX gotta want the offer to send him

they're idiots. they really screwed themselves with trading for beal

they should honestly trade Book and KD and fire sale guys like Royce, Grayson and Plumlee

they need to be rebuilding, not trying to compete. that window closed

Normally I wouldn’t post people like this but when it comes to Phoenix sports he’s been dead on. People thought he was related to Devin Booker

Phoenix created the WOAT superteam. This has got to be the shyttiest attempt at a big 3 (big 2.5) in NBA history

45, 49, and 36 win seasons with 3 max players sheesh

And they weren’t even that far off in year one. They just needed to fix Ayton and get a younger PG. They wanted off Chris’ contract and went and got a worse one.

Durant don’t have a no trade clause how is he turning down shyt :mjlol: , go to the spurs or rockets u bytch nikka
The problem is when you have a very rich player, you can trade him somewhere and then he won't show up.
So now you have given away valuable assets and the only thing you get in return is some fines (but primarily you get to withhold salary payments).

Or you have some other sort of lawsuit situation, but it's still with a very rich guy, with powerful contacts, money and yada yada. In the end it's probably not even worth it for any party to find a solution that he isn't happy with

Durant has never shown to be that type of player. He'd just play out the last year and go elsewhere granted a team could probably try and call his bluff with the lack of cap space in the open market.

Historically, most (No need to mention Jimmy) players only do it once, so you never know until they do it.

If Durant listed those 3 teams and he gets traded to Charlotte or Utah, we might see it :yeshrug:
I would say Wizards too but that's his home, he might not be too mad over that. But really, it feels like he wants a ring that isn't a "cheat code ring".
