Miami is a great destination. Heat just don’t have the players the other 2 teams can offer. Houston can trade Eason/Whitmore/Vanvleet expiring deal and the 10th overall pick. Spurs have the 14th overall pick Vassell and Johnson.

Houston won’t trade FVV and the suns won’t want FVV. The spurs barely want to give up the 14th pick, let alone Vassell.

Things could certainly change but Miami has always been the preferred spot. It’s been that way since he was in Brooklyn

Only Minnesota makes sense. Phoenix wants a starting center and only Minnesota can make that happen (Rudy Gobert). Miami cannot trade Bam Adeybo and Ware is not ready to be a starting center.

No chance Phoenix is trading Sengun and Steven Adams just signed an extension.

The only center the Spurs have is Victor Wembayama and be fukking for real.

@Stone is probably right. Minnesota has the deal that Phoenix wants but KD not trying to play in Minnesota.

Wolves and Raptors have probably offered the best deals so far but Suns are hoping Rockets or Spurs can get serious. I am not sure what Miami can offer other than Suns doing KD a huge favor.

To add to this, if you’re Minnesota this trade could be a way to get off Rudy long term. Compete for this year and whether or not KD re-ups wouldn’t matter as much because you still have your core of Ant, Naz and Jaden and 50+ million coming off your books.
