Didn't watch any of the vids but navigating a room full of athletes is tough...you gotta be an upper echelon comedian to get them to break ice and laugh at themselves. I feel like Chappelle is the top guy for that.

They'd laugh at Kevin Hart, but I don't think Kev would go at jugulars like Dave would. Gillis' performance is like Ricky Gervais at the Golden Globes but for dudes who still do keg stands while working towards their pension.

The Deshaun joint was inherently funny just for how out of pocket it was....but the rest of the shyt I've seen, his delivery ranges from flat & lacking conviction to downright just a lot of the jokes not hittin'. More than a few cringe moments.
