the "tens of millions" part means he offered 20M too. The 10M part is sticking because that is what the lawyer confirmed it was at least an offer of. He wouldnt say tens of millions if he only offered her up to 10-19M. Notice he didnt say it was only 10M when asked for clarification. If I say I spent hundreds of thousands on a car, but will only confirm I spent at least 100k. I spent more than 100k, im just embarassed to say the real amount.

Cuz shaq is a jealous insecure bully. He got mad at shannon when shannon said shaq couldve been more if he worked harder or some shyt. It was in response to Shaq shytting on Joker and saying he didnt deserve the MVP.
