We all know the attorney is a piece of shyt who hunts cases like this and is known to fabricate shyt. But the thing about case hunting is that you can win if your target is stupid. And Sharpe is clearly very stupid. You don't know that you can't say you're gonna choke the shyt out of a woman on the phone - especially a woman who has proven she's untrustworthy and is clearly trying to get shyt from you? He refuted every single aspect of the allegation, said he was going to fight, and had no desire to settle this shyt when approached by Buzbee. It later came out that the woman was mentally ill, that she lied about the whole thing, people poked holes in her clearly bullshyt story, including her pops who said he didn't pick her up from fukking NYC.
This shyt Shannon already offered more than $10M to settle, he's admitted to having a relationship with her, he's acknowledged some fukked up stuff is about to come out and his attorney is already talking about some of the shyt he did was in the heat of the moment.
