From what I’ve seen there is not any evidence that points to Shannon raping or sexually assaulting that woman.

The longer this drags out the more it hurts him.

They either had or were trying to have a sexual relationship and she was plotting on him.

I doubt this gets taken to court either seeing as though no formal charges or police reports have been filed to my knowledge. The accuser may pursue a civil suit on some basis, but I’m not sure that would play in her favor either. That would drag out in court and she’s going to have to split that money with her attorney after court and filing fees.
