I mean, Culpepper is no Mahomes but he was the perfect QB for Moss' skillset. Let's not forget he also had 4 or 5 years with Brady. The only thing that stops Moss from being the GOAT is himself. Jerry Rice was not nearly as big or fast as Moss but he could run any route to perfection and if you threw it near him he was catching it. Can't say the same for Moss.
