I suspect there was no actual rape.

What probably happened was she threw the "rape" accusations out there but she's actually got wayyyyyyyyyyy more dirt on Shay. Race play, butt plugs...all kinds of shyt.

The rape shyt got him to the table, but then she pulled out her phone and showed him all the texts and pics that he doesn't want coming out.

A true victim either goes to the cops or keeps their mouth shut because the trauma is too much. When a woman somehow avoids filing charges and letting a DA handle it but has the wherewithal to go to civil court, it's a shakedown.

The discovery phase in criminal court would unleash all her dirty laundry. She had enough leverage on him that she could get paid without any risk.
