If I was rich like that....I'd have a top-shelf safe in my closet that requires fancy access. Put some cash, expensive jewelry, passport etc , in the safe....have it hidden so folks won't even know it exists. Maybe hidden wall in the laundry closet where most folks wouldn't look.
