Shaq's right, the main thing you think about when mentioning CP3 is an experiment on how many times one can dribble the basketball before deflation

He’s a reigning 1st team all defense player and he had the best DRPM off all guards last year
He’s great by eye test and analytics.

Michael Jordan is more known as a dynamic, prolific scorer. How would I sound making a statement like "Michael Jordan isn't really known for his defense"? Same with Kobe. Anyone that knows enough to describe what style of PG Chris Paul is, also knows he's a great defender.
