Bynum just had a superstar year after dealing with injuries most of his career. Lopez just had his first injured year, before that, he was always healthy, carrying a poor Nets team, dealing with double teams, and still averaged around 20 points a game. Both of them are 24 years old and both have potential to be consistent All Stars.

With that said, Dwight is still the best center in the league and Shaq is crazy to say any center is better than Dwight right now. Dwight taking the superman name and moving from the Magics to the Lakers is probably pissing Shaq off.

Carried them to what? Extreme mediocrity?

you obviously never seen Lopez play on a consistent basis. Offensively he is better than everyone on that list. Defensively he is a big body. He has consistently destroyed Bynum every time they have played. his main weakness is rebounding. He is similar to Rik Smits.

Horford isnt even a real center.

This past season Lopez missed more games than Horford and Bogut combined. You can't knock them for being hurt when Lopez is coming off an injury where he missed damn near an entire season.
