Half those things you listed for Romeo had nothing to do with P. And he wasn't "crying" about P didn't do for him, his gripe was for his siblings.
It was actually more than half.
1). Romeo’s first four albums (two of which went Gold) are Executive Produced by Percy Miller AKA Master P AKA the FATHER of Romeo
2). Romeo starred in a self titled Nickelodeon series from 03-06 that ran 53 episodes. The series was co-created and executive produced by Percy Miller AKA Master P AKA the FATHER of Romeo
3). Romeo was able to showcase his basketball talent at the famed ABCD camp, an invitation only camp the likes of which Allen Iverson, Kobe Bryant, Tracy McGrady and Lebron James all previously attended. Due to his not being a top prospect and struggling throughout the camp, Romeo’s invitation was the main result of “Influence from his father”. The FATHER in question being Percy Miller AKA Master P.
Lil' Romeo's scholarship to USC is a perfect L.A. story, involving a music mogul, a child TV star and basketball.

He was later afforded a FULL basketball scholarship to USC (despite bombing at the ABCD Camp and rumors of a bad knee. Why you ask? From the words of Coach Tim Floyd
“Last April ... Percy Miller called while driving both players from a tournament in Fayetteville, Ark ... Percy Miller said 'Demar and Romeo are ready to make their decision, and would you like to have them both on scholarship?' ... 'I said absolutely.'"
The Percy Miller in question would be the man also known as Master P AKA the FATHER of Romeo.

So as I said before, we have a PREPACKAGED career across three mediums; music, film, and sports. Provided by a multimillionaire father (BLACK) to his son and at age 33 the silver spoon kid was still complaining about his father’s shortcomings. And you can be selective and say that the 33 year old grown man’s complaints were about his sister, but they quickly devolved into rants about money and his father’s supposed misuse of his funds. The 33 year old grown man accused his father of mismanaging his earnings and using them to pay off the IRS, which is curious considering that Romeo began his career at 12 years old as a rapper on Percy Miller’s AKA Master P’s AKA Romeo’s FATHER’s record label No Limit. No Limit was based in New Orleans, Louisiana. One of four states that reinforce a law known as The Coogan Act, which stipulates that a child performer’s earnings must be held in a trust for them until they reach the age of 18. Romeo’s father LEGALLY couldn’t touch his child’s royalties or tour earnings across four studio albums. So if Percy was using any of Romeo’s earnings from 12–18 to pay personal expenses he’s be in jail, which clearly he is not.
SO, in conclusion, as i’ve said before we have an example of a BLACK father providing a myriad of opportunities for their child to be successful and pass on “generational” wealth that, upon reaching adulthood, the now grown child did not appreciate them and found whatever manner possible to blame the father for his own misfortunes.
Now we have Shaq as an example of a BLACK father refusing to provide prepackaged handouts for his children (namely his sons. He’s stated before his daughters will always be taken of) He wants them to learn whats it like to make a living based in their own individual drive and not the security blanket that is their father’s funds. I do believe that this is a better method of rearing children, especially BOYS, for the realities of the world.
We shall see
