every dunk is worth 1 point.

mike is in full boxing gear and is only allowed to punch Shaq once he gets within the 3pt line on the side of the court he is gonna dunk on.

every time Shaq dunks he gets a free hit on Mike.

Maybe 3 or 4. You gotta think, to begin with, Tyson was much faster than Shaq. There's a lot of space between the 3 point line and the rim to get punched . Once Tyson started getting some hits in, Shaq would slow down even more, and he'd quickly just become a punching bag as he's coming down court to dunk.

Those body shots, especially, take a lot out of you. Shaq might not be able to jump, let alone dunk after taking a few of those. He'd be down with one powerful, well-placed liver shot.
