It’s straight up NEGLECT, friend.
Its also a generalization that people cant swim with clothes and shoes on. Or that people will get swept away swimming against a current.

Well statistics would show many of us are unserious. And i think we all know what that means according to universal law. Unserious men create unserious women#TheChildOfMan
