i feel you in some circumstances, like the dumbass kids who taunted the tiger at the edge of its enclosure then it killed them, tiger shouldn't have been killed, but most sharks will attack and let humans go when they realize it's not their prey, if one actually eats a whole human, it's a danger to let them keep staying in those waters.
