Good stuff. Getting a live singer to do hooks was a West Coast style of hip hop. Those artists, and the ones inspired/affiliated with those artists had the sense to use people who could sing. When East Coast artist adapted to the style, many of them got some random they knew to sing. Queensbridge and Lefrak rappers were notorious for having good songs ruined by non-singing vocalists.

Usually back in the day a new chick that was featured on the hook was prepping/or lined up for an album in the future. And the feature served as exposure. I was fully expecting an album later.
I don’t remember her being on the second bone album either
