Shattered my Calcaneus(heel) bone

+ broken ankle ..Woat pain.. had surgery 2 days after it happened cannot put any weight on it for 16 weeks..

Doc said won't be able to walk without a boot for a year

Had a nerve block before surgery.. after surgery same day was unable to get any pain meds..

When the nerve block wore off..

Drilled 8 screws into my bone for the plate to hold everything together. 17 fragments .Be careful out there . Health is wealth

this is why you probably won't catch me participating in any sport you can't play in a gym
