nope doesnt inform you or anything after the login and pw is done once you dont have to do it anymore just sign on to live and go to netflix

She will probably figure it out when Netflix starts listing the things that you've watched recently or when it starts suggesting random shows and movies based on things you've watch. I let a male friend use my Netflix and all they suggest for me now is "30 for 30" and other random things related to sports. She might not care though.
