1. We don’t know the work history of lady
2. Sadly, depending on the issue and sometimes what state you’re in, they can pack you up immediately. There are things that are “fireable offenses”.
I was actually gonna say, there’s a potential EEOC issue at my office because someone who I know didn’t get written up or placed on a PIP was pushed out because a few people conveniently wrote statements after an issue occurred between only 2 ppl. I don’t think she has the wherewithal to fight it, but people get railroaded everyday in corporate America
