Can she get fired to admitting to recording company meetings in 3rd party apps??
Now THAT is the real thing here. You’re supposed to document everything, i.e. write everything.
Recording can get you in legal trouble, but I guess if the situation is dire and this is really a matter of clearing your name, there are instances where one may want to present it as evidence.

1. We don’t know the work history of lady
2. Sadly, depending on the issue and sometimes what state you’re in, they can pack you up immediately. There are things that are “fireable offenses”.





I was actually gonna say, there’s a potential EEOC issue at my office because someone who I know didn’t get written up or placed on a PIP was pushed out because a few people conveniently wrote statements after an issue occurred between only 2 ppl. I don’t think she has the wherewithal to fight it, but people get railroaded everyday in corporate America :gucci:
Doesn't matter if you know the history or not, if she's getting fired for performance issues a PiP should've been issued, PERIOD

Ditto. This is the real issue.

And sadly I was present for a moment like that when I was younger.


I literally have a director who should be fired right now for some shyt she did a few weeks ago because it definitely warranted an EEOC investigation. Her ass is just so vindictive she’d find a way to get you before the hammer drops on her.
