Time to Taliban'd the corporate dikkriders .
Okay ima give you an experience you ain’t used to ever having.
Gonna give you the words your daddy should’ve gave you.

Listen…
I know you prolly used to hangin with a bunch of soft fatherless nikkaz but know this

If a man don’t work he don’t eat.
You supposed to be out here building generations of change through your work and your home.
You don’t work to rest lil nikka
You rest to work.
You got this lil girl crying about an 8 hr shift and being tired and your lazy butt wanna cheerlead her, complaining bout some damn corporations.
It’s not no corporation fault that she ain’t learning and cultivating any marketable skills at her 9-5 to advance in life.

But I digress
Your lazy self needa wake up
Real talk
Tired of men like you who are gonna then raise boys who are just as lazy and bummy as you, bringing nothing of value and being another poor example of a man like his daddy

She IS soft :gucci: I think we can all agree it sucks. That's not a point of contention. You ain't gon see too many people literally crying about it tho.

I agree, many people have been beaten into submission, functionally depressed, paycheck to paycheck and praying that no emergencies that require large expenditures happen.

While you may not see people literally crying, you will see them drinking, smoking, eating and anything else that can help them cope.

:youngsabo: I understand her. A lot of nikkas #onhere are lazy and are used to the terrible conditions of work in the US. Instead of standing up, they on they knees, head down, and saying 'it's fine", "Massa, the other workers are just lazy, but I sure work hard" meanwhile if they slipped and fell at work, they'd be almost homeless.

You not standing up, and fighting is disrespectful to ppl who came before you.
:mjlol: Or maybe try focusing on shyt you can actually change? You can’t change traffic so either find a way to live closer to work, or if you feel that deeply about work commute and think it’s inhumane take the right avenues to go out and advocate for: better public transportation, cheaper housing, bigger more efficient freeways/expressways etc. Cause just crying about it on social media ain’t gonna do shyt. Everyone’s dealing with their own problems no one wanna hear you complain about your everyday commute.

I think she said she can’t afford to live in the city… I agree with what you said about time management. It is a must have form of discipline, especially if you’re older.

If she commutes to the city then she can hangout in the city after work. If everybody off at 5, that's at least 3 hours of nightlife before you gotta commute home. That's how I'd do it.

As far as fatigue sometimes you gotta push yourself

work smarter not harder.

i've had two jobs since graduating. one has always been work from home, and the first real job i had was less than a mile from my house. i would come home from lunch (saving money) and take a nap even (relieving stress). and if i know shyt is going to be hectic or i feel like dieting, i will food prep.

its about time and resources management. too many people are out here just floating around with no sense of critical thought or intentional living
I work in tv news and they don’t pay well starting out after college so I had to get creative. I lived close enough to walk to work at my first job(didnt have a car) When I got a car I moved to another place and it took me maybe 10 minutes to get to work. Paid dues and now I’m doing ok money wise.. I wish I didn’t have a 30 minute commute but it is what it is. I actually have money going to more than one place to save now. You don’t get to have that starting out unless your parents are millionaires or some shyt.

Stop your oversimplified dikkriding. Careers are stagnating in pay and making workers do more than ever, for less. Your ass kissing of bosses and CEOs ain't gonna get you shyt, but being ripped apart by the people that should be helping you.

I been had more money than your broke azz for the past 10 years, and still believe that the American workforce is in pitiful shape. You huff and puff about others being lazy, but you get exploited and never gotten proper compensation. @Thanos @Dorian Breh @AquaCityBoy

-The simple fact is she's right. 9-5 work culture has always been some bullshyt but people are so programmed they get upset if you point it out. Technology has the new generation in a good spot with more options than ever to not take part in this shyt.

-Old mothafukkas just mad they already wasted they lives slaving away for pennies & want the next generation doing the same thing.
