We don't know if he took the wings or not, but if he did, it doesn't matter because she can't prove that she left it as his door not that he took it.
It's hearsay without proof and checking the man's place is pointless cause he could've tossed the empty food cartons, receipt, bag, etc in the trash outside of his apartment or stashed it somewhere and the police ain't about to tear up his apartment for that shyt nor can they force him to pay anything as they'd have no proof.
She's at fault 100% for just leaving the food in the hallway and maybe he didn't take it shyt anybody could've walked past his door, seen the bag of food, and ran off with it.
This is why I don't rely on food delivery services cause it seems like a hassle.
