It wasn't no 70 damn pounds but I blew up too not gonna lie :francis: Just started drinking and eating more during lockdown and carried the habit. I only WFH like 2 months but it is what it is :ehh:

Spring is here tho. I'm back on my runs and workouts. I'll snap back by summer :blessed: light work

A lot of people have been coping with isolation and stress by eating :yeshrug:
Not me :picard:
But I’ve seen it a LOT :hubie:
Truthfully I spent lockdown doing push ups in the house and taking two hour walks :unimpressed:
To each their own

Yeah y’all go crazy with bashing her. For what? Lol
All her reasons were valid for weight gain.
I gained a few pounds myself (maybe 10-15) and that’s because I was a gym rat when everything shut down. Luckily my job was one that required physical activity and there was no work from home option because I would’ve gain more most likely. Once gyms opened back up, I recovered my physique

shyt a lot of people picked up weight during that timeframe
Even though i lost it I definitely gained 20 lbs. Going from being hyperactive to a stationary only weightlifting lifestyle is a massive difference

I mean she's asking for comment by posting this story. But each to their own.

I went up to 260 pounds which for me did not feel nice. Clothes bulging and tight. And I felt like shyt.

But I shed 40 pounds and got very toned by firstly running and biking then going to the gym and generally being active.

I'm probably in the best shape of my life. But those early months of lockdown sheesh I was overeating like a motherfukker. A lot of us were.

I was drinking almost every day those first 6 weeks.
