get in contact with the people who have her kids... speak to them with love and respect... act like you are asking because you are worried about your child... AND NEVER BADMOUTH HER TO THEM.... you want your kid right???? hold off on the anger
a. find out exactly why she doesn't have her kids... write this shyt down cause it will be used in court.. dont worry about why SHE says... you get it directly from them
b. AFTER finding out why she doesn't have them, ask them if they'd testify... they might not... they might not tell you if you ask them before... so save this part for last
find out if she uses any drugs and what kind.... this way you can be clean on court day, say exactly what drugs she's on, and demand a drug test that day cause she be high around your kids
get an AMAZING lawyer... she's a broke bum broad... she probably ain't gonna have shyt... don't go cheap... this is your child
get any and ALL paperwork that shows money, bills, anything paid for her or your child... don't matter if it's a stick of gum... get that shyt together to show who was doing what around there
get an eviction notice, get it notorized, get copies, kick her out... you being the stable one with a home, a job, not on drugs, not lost custody of other kids, looks a lot better than a jobless, homeless woman
get some character witnesses, not only the ones to say she ain't shyt... but more important.. the ones who will come there and say how you do everything, supply everything, and all she does is get high around the kids and party and drink
then once you have ALL that.... go to court...
you still might lose... but that's all you can do

Like I said before, multiple red flags I've swept under the rug. Ive had plenty of legit reasons to toss her but I didn't. Other brews out there I beg you please learn from my mistake. First red flag I mentioned before. She got my number through a mutual friend and invited me out to what I thought was a little get together at the bar. It was just her and her wing woman there, we didn't do much but chill and talk, and she was telling me about her abusive relationship. Her birthday was the following weekend so we I get invited again but this time so did all of our coworkers, including the mutual friend that gave her my number. Mutual friend was my plus 1...this chick showed up with her husband who she said they were done with each other. Apparently she didn't tell him they were done...
I mentioned I got a paternity test. It's one of them ones from rite aid and I know it cannot be used in court, it is said to be accurate.. should I still get one done from court? Just to remove all doubt? The reason I got it was because this chick hit me up on facebook sending me messages (I still got them) that my girl sent her about this lady's dude talking trying to pin my unborn son on him. A lot of he said she said shut. But these messages are straight from my girl. Regardless if she knew the kid was mine, she was using my son as a pawn in what ever game she was playing. Again I know I lost, I simped. She just immature but I know I chose to impregnate her.
