You live in an apartment complex? If so you should see if you can switch apartments. My brother had the same issue with his baby mother so he called the rental office, told them the deal and they had an apartment available and he moved all his stuff out in the middle of the night. She was talking that "I got 30 days" shyt too, but she wasn't on the lease so she had to vacate once he put in the transfer. She couldn't tell the apartment complex she had 30 days lol
