Chickenpox is a form of Herpes and most people have been exposed to cold sores. I don't think 80% of the population has GENITAL HERPES.

its the same thing just in a different location. both incurable but different stigmas attached to it. i think the docs say that most people DO NOT have an outbreak if they do herpes and won't even test unless you do have an outbreak because the test results would be not really reliable or conclusive.
i'd say the majority of the population has some form of it. i really think its a man made disease like HIV. it doesn't make sense that there is some sort of boogey man incurable disease that NO ONE CAN CURE that just so happens to be very intelligent and target specific cells in your body.
