North Jersey but I miss Cali :sadcam:
They said she "didn't understand" the 5 year offer to plead guilty? Bullsh!t. What didn't she understand? The 5 or the years? It probably included her testifying against the guys that were doing the shooting and she wasn't with that part. Glad she's out though.

I don’t think they fully explained the possible sentence she would get if she went to trial.

5 years to her probably felt like life, but at the same time she also probably figured she could win her case since they were only going to give her five years for an accessory. And her lawyer probably felt the DA had a weak case against her if they offered a plea of 5 years

Nah I wouldn't want that kind of focus and attention I'd get from being with her.

With that said, I can see why OP made the thread. Them prison dykes was tearing that out the frame over that 9 year period.

damn her ass is remarkably fat

her actions help resulted in someone’s death so she’s not exactly innocent but a life sentence was insane…glad she was released and has a chance to still enjoy a free life while relatively young

but man is that ass fat!

*edit*

working on her masters and already has a job—dope!

Nah, I am very familiar with that courthouse, the DA's office and that public defenders office. That's a simple conversation in Georgia. No numbers involved. The Judge is going to make sure you are CLEAR that you are going to trial for Felony Murder, and if you are convicted of that in Georgia, the BEST you can get is Life. There is usually even a hearing before trial where the judge wants to know what the plea offer is and wants to hear the defendant actually decline it on the record.
