It doesn't take a law degree to taken advantage of the law. I just go and read the laws, constitutions etc. Everyone should learn procedural law and the laws on debt collection practices. Got a 17K loan off my credit by just asking a debt collector to verify the debt which they couldn't do. The law is a beautiful thing. Soooooo many people are paying off debt that they aren't even legally obligated to pay.
