Why would it be a lie? Years ago I was slightly overweight. I've completely changed my lifestyle and want to maintain it. Looking good is secondary to overall health for me. I have a lot of family members who are overweight, have high blood pressure, have diabetes etc, I'm trying to do whatever I can to not join them since a lot of those things are hereditary.
