Her voice is causing a lot of folks to lose common sense. Your accent doesn't determine your race. Especially in areas where different races live in the same community. nikkas see a cac lady wearing a bonnet, speaking with a Louisiana accent, and that makes her black :dead:. They took down all kind of organizations using this same tactic. And black folks stupidly would always welcome them in with open arms. Then comes the problems. All because of her accent and she know a couple of tic toc dances and slang

I'm not buying that she's Black.

Sounds like a white woman who, since childhood likely developed a natural form of “blaccent” :mjpls:.

Kinda like Teena Marie, who many thought was Black until they've became aware of her appearance.

Many Down South CACs sometimes have a “blaccent” dialect/cadence to their voice due to numerous reasons. Considering she's from Louisiana, I wouldn't be surprised, and she might've grown up around many Black people in the Bayou.

Its not a South thing, I lived in Elmira 15 years ago and your whole area up there (from Elmira to Binghamton to Syracuse to Rochester to Buffalo to Albany) has plenty of white people using the "blaccent" 🤣 it's just an Upstate NY accent instead of a southern one but its still a blaccent 😆

You don't understand what I'm saying, I'm not talking about CACs who've listened to one too many Hip-Hop/rap songs in their life and started mimicking certain tones and usage of words.

I'm talking about CACs who are naturally born with a cadence in their voice that sounds Black. Similar to Teena Marie. In the South, especially parts of the Deep South, what I'm talking about is common due to numerous factors.

Being from Syracuse you know damn well there are white people who grow up naturally among black people.

Vast majority of black people would not see this woman as black. Maybe black people in Louisiana would, but Louisianans are different. Outside of her small community very, very few people would accept this woman as black, though we'd probably accept her as a black ally.

This is a weird ass white woman.

Explains why they're so poor..

Louisiana needs a whole exorcism.

She's White..

You guys always claim people are the race they resemble..
Race is some made up bullshyt anyways based on phenotypical traits

Culturally she's black and I bet she's got a good amount of African DNA.

But if we going based upon the concept of race then she's white passing for sure.

Assuming she's telling the truth and is Creole, she's likely had a complex growing up and had to fight to be considered black like the rest of her family.

But she definitely is white passing, and doesn't understand the the difference between that and "white presenting".
