5-10 years ago I would have been like hell no my wife has to work. But now thinking about it, it wouldn't be so bad having your wife raise and teach the kids instead of a stranger at daycare. If I came home to a clean house and warm food I'd have 0 issue.

But, that's the problem, the 2023 Housewife is prolly at home until she can make a business, now she's working and not doing any of that...and you better not suggest she does.

That's why I look at this idea of women being housewives as a scam--most just don't wanna have a job, not that they're passion about homemaking.
