She has great balance, the other woman is an idiot for not closing that distance. At the very least attack the

The opponent had zero dead movement, bad footwork, she’s too far outside, and was way too upright.
The one cosplaying Chun-Li has great balance, but any intermediate level or higher fighter should be able to see those kicks coming from a mile away and should set her up for a counter.

This is the case of a tall fighter just having so much more ring generalship than the shorter fighter. She basically towered over the other girl and fought her fight. You can see her throw the jab a few times, caught her with some straight right hands while mixing the kicks. Difficult to deal with unless you’re used to fighting taller fighters. You guess wrong and it’s night night.
Tough to know what the shorter fighter was trying but it looked like she didn’t do much based on how the taller fighter looked and was basically shutdown.
