It's corruption. When people here clown people for running from home these are the things they don't know and can't comprehend. One thing about living in Africa and I will speak for myself here as I generalize is I never had any delusions about how my life could quickly be turned upside down. There is little due process with legal bodies from judges to police. Society is steeped in corruption. If someone with power wants to make you disappear they will. And when your family protest they disappear too.

The corruption in African societies is a stalemate for progress as long as a civic worker like a judge/police chief can rule like a king in his corner of influence. This is the type of shyt that goes on and why people get desperate. You have no protection.
