Baby steps. This is a lifestyle change. The first week should be spent limiting bad choices.

No sugary drinks.
Water/seltzer only.
Walk a mile a day.
Learn to cook healthy food that TASTE good.

Get familiar with the frozen veggie aisle. Very cheap and versatile. A big lie people tell is healthy food is too expensive. Look for lean meats and good carbs.
What about fried food and carbs

A caloric deficit will lead to weight-loss. Anyone telling you otherwise is trying to sell you something. The most extensive workout the average person goes through burns what, 300 calories? That's half a meal. Wtf does that do for a person eating 3k calories a day when they should be eating 2k a day?


Weight loss begins and end in the kitchen...building muscle is a different story. It easier to lose weight when you are building muscle.

As a skinny breh, I can somewhat understand. Eat enough for 3 people but metabolism be like 'nope'.

They just lazy. Putting on muscle is harder than loosing weight. These hoes just don't wanna apply discipline and sacrifice :unimpressed:

Food is the key.

She’ll lose weight if she takes into account the shyt she eats. Eat things found in nature(fruit, veggies, nuts), minimally processed, natural sugar, not fried, no soda, lots of water.

also be active.
