The problem with surgery is that is if she doesn't change her lifestyle the fat will come back in different and weird places. People who get this surgery and don't change their eating habits grow fat on their back and end up looking like a linebacker. I hope she got some nutrition counseling.

Sounds like she didn’t get cosmetic surgery, just the weight loss. I had a cousin & aunt that got they and they looked weird. But they were older too
