Exactly. Some people need that as a jump start. Then it motivates them to hit the gym and tone it up. You still have to put in work in the gym.
I wouldn’t say that. Weight is all diet and genetics. There are people in this thread that likely eat like shyt and if they had different parents would be huge as fukk. People who eat all processed garbage and eat out all the time.
Also obesity is the physical manifestation of food addiction. I lost a lot of weight 10 or so years ago so I have some insight into it. People who’ve never walked that path have limited to no understanding of it. It isn’t about hard work and effort in the gym because in 5 minutes you can eat more calories than you could burn in 5 hours in the gym.
Obese people should be thought of like alcoholics, drug addicts, and gambling addicts. They aren’t because food addiction is something that if you never dealt with you can’t relate to kinda like how the average person can’t relate to how a crackhead lives.
