The second time this guy was all in this women's face by my car. I knew he was about to go ham on her so I went outside and just stood by my car. Once I started reaching for my phone he ran away.

A lot of times making your presents known is enough. It's when things go left then you have the potential to get hurt. That is why saying something BEFORE shyt gets ugly is important.

Someone should have said something the first time he walked away. When he was allowed to get in her face repeatedly is when shyt got violent.

Yeah, i've known plenty of short nikkas who got hands. But in this situation it's not even about fighting him, he never even hit her so you wouldn't be justified in hitting him. But at least just step in between them and if he tries to keep going after her then you grab him and hold him. I would have just picked him up and walked him out of the room and kept him out the room till he calmed down, and be just as calm and nice as i can.
