Former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus took to Twitter with a revealing picture. As you can see below, it appears that Sheamus injured his left arm and now has a cast on it. The actual injury is unknown at this point and we will provide more information when it becomes available.

WZ’s Nick Hausman also points out that today is Sheamus’ 38th birthday, which could be what he means about “celebrations.”
