It's cliche but I can see Dean Ambrose turning. Taking the Randy Orton role of the old revolution. Maybe actually defend the US belt or unify it with the IC title and bring some prestige back to it. But he would benefit from it. Get some mic time and have the feud with Reigns and Rollins feeding in to HHH/Reigns at Summerslam

Shield ain't breaking up but Ambtose turning would be a good storyline

Just Sheam makes most sense and he needs something new as he is floundering bad and taking Batistas spot would make sense if reigns HHH is in the works they need to keep the feud alive

Also a more serious Evolutioned out Sheam might be interesting and the feud with Bryan is there to be had

I was also thinking this a week or so ago when i read about Batista leaving. he fits all the critera and would be more interesting than Batista in that role right now.

And I'd hope they let the Shield members each have individual storylines while still remaining a group rather than breaking them up because they can't think on any more 3v3 variations.
