i was thinking the same. 65 is highest speed in ohio. Thats highway. I be on the highway going 70 -75 and still have people passing me like i'm standing still the entire drive. Literally if you stay in the left lane going 10 miles above the speed limit. You will have traffic backed up behind you getting angry road raginf and wanting to pass. 100 in 65 isn't a big deal. literally just going with the flow of traffic honestly. they don't slow down to the 65 range unless a cop is around.
If he was speeding like this in a 40 that would be another story. thats means he is driving reckless through neighborhoods.
