outside of being rather one dimensional at times, P is one of those rappers you can really only argue opinion on if he's top 5 in a certain timeframe like that.

Dude really don't drop wack verses and while his albums may be hit or miss based on beat selection, his mixtape game is deep and incredibly consistent.

the only other really known artists with just as consistent mixtapes with that level of output are Joe Budden and Curren$y.
