I use to live with this dude from China in college and he play Dota until 4am with a desktop keyboard in the room.
I almost threw his keyboard off the balcony because I couldn't sleep. Until he pulled out some nun chucks then I was like

How are you supposed to enforce this law on kids inside their houses?!?

passwords or fingerprints.

fingerprint unlocks it and timer starts. finger print stops clock etc..

wonder if they have rollover minutes

Country is a hell on earth. Lotta dudes in Higher Learning blast the US everyday, and Lord knows our country is far from perfect....but it's no China.

HL got threads on China's concentration camps and other fukkery. Gamers had nothing to say until little Chinese kids were told to go outside and stop playing COD.
