I think people who don’t have anything tend to not care about their surroundings. If you’re living in a home you paid for, and pay a ton of property taxes, you tend to take better care of your neighborhood. I can walk down my own street and tell exactly who owns, and who is section 8 based on how they maintain their property. No trash, mowed lawn, flowers and plants planted, OR , grown ass men standing outside where they live, and not even attempting to pick up trash on their own lawn.

Yeah but you essentially living in dirt, why make your living condition worse? My grandparents didn't make a lot of money but they shyt stay cleaned inside and out. Go to Japan and look at the homeless, they shyt be clean too.
