Hoegan really did that. Remember they banned him for the racist tapes. The first time they brought him back he was supposed to give a speech to the locker room basically apologizing for what he did. He instead warned them about how easy it is these days to get caught. I think Mark Henry even spoke about it and was offendedI was just here earlier for him shytting on Hoegan in general, but is Shelton saying Hulkkk said don't get caught saying racist shyt?
